Here are some softwares developped at home for my own use. If they are of some kind of interest for somebody, they are free of use.

PBImageName-0.4.0.exe | Retreive the (some) informations written in the EXIF part of pictures
(tiff and jpeg) and use them to rename the files.
The EXIF data are informations written in image files by numeric cameras and some image manipulation softwares. These data can then be used to rename one or more files from PICT1234.JPG (for example) to ChristmasAtJohn-12-24-2004.20-30.jpg (if date of picture is, for example 2004-12-24 20:30:15) Note: There is at least some parts to do, language usage and English translation |

XBMCRename.py | Retreive all files linked to a .nfo file and rename them using fields found
in the .nfo file (the metadata file).
This is a command line program which runs under linux and may run under windows and MacOS X but I did not test it. For more informations type python XBMCRename.py --help This is my first python script and it is probably not as clean as it should be. All possibilities offered by XBMC are not taken into account (very difficult whitout access to XBMC configuration) 0.4.0: Updated for XBMC Frodo (12) naming conventions of exported libraries 0.5.0: Multiples episodes in a single file taken into account |

CorrectNFODurations.py | Corrects invalid durations created by XBMC in NFO files in order to
have valid sort on duration and have correct duration printing
